Salmon Kill Farm's honey is the truest expression of their terroir. The bees forage on dandelions, wild clover, goldenrod, lilacs, wild berries, and fruit trees in their orchard. Rich in antioxidants, every batch displays a unique color and flavor based on the season and the pollinated plants. 

Like the honey, every bottle of Saint Rhum is additive free and a true expression of the Marie-Galante terroir. Our only three ingredients are fresh sugarcane, yeast, and water. No sugar, no spices, no artificial flavors, no gluten. Just pure spirit.
