Our mission is as simple as our ingredients: to bring you the freshest rum on earth. Every batch is a specific harvest from our own farm.

Saint Rhum is Rhum Agricole - French for agricultural rum - which can only be made from the fresh-pressed juice of sugarcane. Each batch is distilled within a day of harvest, and so maintains a distinct, fresh taste of its local provenance, or terroir.

No molasses or sugar byproducts are involved, no sweetening agents or spices are added, and no barrels are used for aging and color.

By definition, a Saint is pure of spirit... and Saint Rhum is the the liquid embodiment. Help us spread the good word of Rhum Agricole.
